Compare multifamily offices

Use this tool to compare two to four multifamily offices side by side. Review where each firm operates, when it was founded, whether it is registered with the SEC, and which services and client types it reports. You can also compare regulatory assets under management, employees, accounts, fee types, and other offices when those details are available. Start with facts that matter to your search. Then review each firm profile for more context, service descriptions, and contact details. The comparison is educational. It helps you organize research before you speak with a firm or another qualified professional. Public profile fields cannot show how ownership, governance, decision rights, or coordination work in practice. Use the same questions for each firm when you investigate those areas.

How to read the comparison

Read across each row to compare the same field for every selected firm. A blank value means the information was not reported in the public sources we reviewed. We do not score firms, rank firms, or label any firm as best. A larger asset figure, employee count, or account count does not by itself indicate a better fit. Review the date and source context on each firm profile. Confirm current details directly with the firm before making a business decision.

Comparison data comes from public filings, including Form ADV where available, and information published on firm websites and public firm profiles. Information can change and may be incomplete or reported on different dates. We show Not reported when we do not have a supported value. This page is for general education and research. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Confirm information directly with each firm and consult qualified professionals for advice about your situation.

FAQs

How many firms can I compare?

You can compare two to four firms at one time. Select at least two firms to start.

Why does a row show Not reported?

We did not find a supported value in the public filings, firm website, or public profile data we reviewed. We do not estimate missing information.

What does regulatory AUM mean here?

Regulatory AUM is the amount reported on Form ADV when available. It may reflect a specific filing date and reporting method. It does not measure service quality or fit.

Does this page rank or recommend firms?

No. The tool places reported information side by side. It does not score, rank, endorse, or recommend any firm.

Where can I learn more about a firm or family office planning?

Browse firm profiles in the directory, and review our guides, calculators, questions, videos, glossary and data resources. You can also visit Start a family office or submit updates on the claim page.
