Thresholds differ by expert. Slough puts viability near $100M to $250M, Diamond cited $250M in 2023 and $500M or more for direct-deal teams, and Botticelli puts dedicated staff near $500M to $700M. Erulin says there is no fixed minimum. This tool is a starting point for a conversation, not advice.
